    Absolutely not! The River Walk is maintained by the San Antonio Parks & Recreation Dept. and cosidered a public park!
  • Who drains the River Walk each year, and when is it done?
    In January the City of San Antonio Parks Dept. drains the River. You can visit  www.sanantonio.gov/dtops/riverdrain.asp for more info.
    Here is a list  of dates set for future draining:

    2010: Jan. 3-12

    This is a 35-minute narrated tour taking you through the beautiful San Antonio River.

    Absolutely! Marriage Island is located directly across from the CPS building. Contact the City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department to request Reservations & Fees at 210-207-7275.

  • Where exactly does the San Antonio river end?
    The San Antonio joins the Guadalupe River and continues all the way down to the Gulf of Mexico.

  • Is there a river taxi?
